What you’ll do
- Lead monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and financial statement preparation
- Manage audit team and deliver final audit reports
- Perform risk‑based control analysis and embed findings in audit software
- Prepare internal control documentation and management points
- Conduct tax and GST audits and support budgeting and variance analysis
What you’ll bring
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 5 years experience in real estate accounting
- Experience in audit and tax compliance
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
