About the role

What you’ll do
- Coordinate with NPD team for new and regular product process engineering
- Implement poka‑yoke and countermeasures for energy audit and cost reduction
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance, respond to equipment faults
- Manage plant MTTR and MTBF monitoring and records
- Install, program and maintain new product line setups for ICT, Assembly and FCT
What you’ll bring
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or preferably Bachelor Degree
- 10-20 years experience in utility equipment or SMT machine maintenance
Nice to have
- Experience in auto component or automotive sector
- SMT knowledge and maintenance background required
- SAP knowledge for maintenance scheduling
