About the role

Production Operations at Calderys leads end‑to‑end manufacturing, ensuring safe, efficient and cost‑effective production of refractory products. The Senior Manager drives production planning, process optimization, SAP‑PP execution, cost control and continuous improvement while overseeing EHS compliance and quality standards. Katni, Madhya Pradesh, India – on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end production operations and planning
• Ensure safety, EHS compliance and conduct toolbox meetings
• Manage SAP‑PP processes, BOM and routing creation
• Control costs, monitor raw material usage and perform variance analysis
• Oversee quality assurance, ISO audits and statutory compliance
• Drive continuous improvement and Six Sigma projects
• Coordinate with stores, vendors and internal stakeholders
• Prepare production performance reports and support CAPEX projects

What you’ll bring

• 10-15 years production management experience
• B.Tech degree in relevant engineering field
• SAP PP module expertise
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience in refractory industry production
• Knowledge of EHS and ISO compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with cost control and OPEX initiatives
