Financial Controller Associate on the Finance Control team at Chase Bank, responsible for defining, refining, and delivering financial strategies for the global business. The role manages monthly consolidation of income statements and balance sheets, develops financial reports, controls post‑closing entries, and ensures compliance with US GAAP/IFRS. Bengaluru, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Manage monthly consolidation of income statement and balance sheet
• Develop and maintain financial reports and schedules
• Control post‑closing entries and consolidation adjustments
• Perform control procedures and ensure integrity of reported results
• Collaborate with business controllers and operations to reconcile P&L and balance sheet
• Provide daily balance sheet commentary and variance analysis
• Support ad‑hoc financial information requests
• Maintain strong internal control environment

What you’ll bring

• 4 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance
• Experience with SAP financial consolidation
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS
