About the role

Finance CoE at LSEG builds robust financial reporting and control frameworks for the group. The Associate Manager prepares month‑end close, balance‑sheet reconciliations and supports audits while collaborating with Entity Accountants and Controllers. Bangalore, India, on‑site role with standard UK work hours; hybrid or remote not offered.

What you’ll do

Prepare month‑end accounts close and review P&L and Balance Sheet
Prepare balance‑sheet reconciliations and substantiations
Support external audit process and liaise with auditors
Ensure adherence to internal controls and group policies
Partner with finance teams across the organization

What you’ll bring

4+ years general accounting experience
Professional accounting degree
Experience with SAP, Oracle, Oracle Fusion or Blackline
Advanced Excel skills
Strong written and oral English communication

Nice to have

Strong track record in core accounting transactions
Background in finance shared services environment
Financial control process experience
Ability to build strong working relationships globally
