About the role

Retail Sales team at Asian Paints drives growth of the retail business across Jalandhar by building and nurturing a dealer network and managing contractor relationships. The role plans monthly territory targets, supports dealers with sales initiatives, and ensures timely collections and issue resolution. On-site position in Jalandhar, PB, IN, with hybrid responsibilities across sales, market intelligence, and dealer management.

What you’ll do

• Prepare monthly business plans and achieve territory targets
• Assist dealers to meet sales goals through visits and scheme communication
• Open new dealer counters and expand market potential
• Track and resolve dealer and customer complaints
• Coordinate collections and ensure timely payments
• Organize promotional activations and product awareness events
• Manage contractor enrollment and benefits
• Prepare daily and monthly territory reports

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree in any stream
• Minimum 50% marks throughout education
• 1-2 years sales experience
