What you’ll do
- Provide Level 2 technical support for AWS services in a high‑availability environment
- Resolve escalated issues and support day‑to‑day cloud operations
- Assist with large‑scale cloud migrations and live failover activities
- Maintain compliance, security, and monitoring standards
- Collaborate with infra, security, application, and DevOps teams under tight SLAs
- Execute operational tasks such as instance resizing, disk expansion, and patching
- Document infrastructure diagrams, runbooks, and SOPs
- Participate in incident management and root‑cause analysis
What you’ll bring
- Graduation in Computer Science or related field
- 4-5 years AWS infrastructure support experience
- Experience with EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, EBS, RDS, Load Balancers, Lambda, ECS, EKS
- Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell or Python scripting
- Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation
- Understanding of cloud networking and security groups
- Linux/Windows VM troubleshooting
- Strong communication and incident handling
