About the role
Business Solutions International (BSI) Field Design Advisory (FDA) team builds end‑to‑end field GTM and enterprise consulting solutions for pharma leaders. The Senior Manager leads cross‑functional projects, designs field structures, and measures execution effectiveness to drive strategic decisions. Based in Hyderabad, India, the role is on‑site with a focus on stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.
What you’ll do
- Lead cross‑functional project teams

- Guide resource optimization decisions
- Conduct role design workshops
- Develop change management plans for field strategy
- Provide ad‑hoc analytics and strategy projects
- Maintain stakeholder communication and reporting
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years consulting in pharma
- Experience in commercial, medical, patient services, and market access
- Cross‑functional project leadership
- Matrix and geographically dispersed environment
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, results‑focused mindset
- Graduate degree in analytical, business, life sciences, or related field
Nice to have
- MBA or postgraduate in Marketing, Consulting or Analytics
