About the role
Performance Reporting Team at Marsh's Mercer business builds comprehensive investment performance reports for pension clients. The Specialist prepares monthly/quarterly reports, analyzes investment options, mentors analysts, and drives process improvements while collaborating with consultants and custodians. Gurugram, hybrid (3 days onsite per week).
What you’ll do
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports
- Analyze investment performance and communicate with custodians
- Mentor and lead a team of analysts
- Drive process improvements and ensure SLA compliance
- Manage stakeholder relationships and client communications
- Conduct team meetings and one‑on‑ones
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years experience
- B.Com or BBA or equivalent
- Master's in finance preferred
- Progress towards CFA or CIPM
- Experience with Bloomberg, Investorforce, Morningstar
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of global capital markets and asset classes
- Yellow/Green belt certification
