Product Owner - Lead

About the role

Iris Software seeks a Product Owner - Lead to own and shape enterprise business analysis and requirements management strategy across financial services, healthcare, transportation & logistics, and professional services programs. Day-to-day, you will define BA frameworks, governance standards, and best practices; lead large-scale requirement engineering initiatives (BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, User Stories, business process transformation); and drive maturity, backlog governance, and stakeholder engagement. You will also establish standards for AI-assisted business analysis tools while ensuring compliance, data security, and accountability. Based in Noida, UP, India.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive enterprise business analysis and requirements management strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Establish business analysis frameworks, requirement governance standards, and best practices across teams.
• Lead large-scale requirement engineering initiatives involving BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, User Stories, and business process transformation efforts.
• Define enterprise standards for requirement documentation, traceability, validation, and change management.
• Establish governance frameworks for backlog management, requirement prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive business process improvement and requirement management maturity initiatives across programs and portfolios.
• Lead requirement reviews, governance discussions, and business solution assessment activities.
• Define governance and best practices for adopting AI-assisted business analysis tools across programs to improve requirement engineering, documentation quality, productivity, and delivery effectivenes
