What you’ll do
- Drive large product initiatives across insurance functions
- Define product execution standards and governance
- Prioritize backlog aligned to strategy
- Mentor Product Owners and conduct training
- Support customer escalations and strategic initiatives
- Lead AI‑enabled delivery standards and reusable patterns
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and user forums
- Guide teams on responsible AI adoption
What you’ll bring
- 8-12 years relevant experience
- Insurance or BFSI domain expertise
- Core insurance knowledge
- At least two implementation projects
- Technical background before product role
