About the role

The Worldwide Gift Card Fraud Prevention team in Bangalore is hiring a Senior Program Manager to own fraud and abuse prevention programs across 17 marketplaces. Day-to-day, you will coordinate cross-functionally across fraud investigations, mitigation actions like machine learning and rule deployments, brand-level risk monitoring, and operational reporting, while influencing the risk and analytics roadmap and presenting program performance to senior leadership in monthly and quarterly business reviews. The role requires 7+ years of program or project management experience and a Bachelor's degree.

What you’ll do

  • Own the worldwide fraud and abuse prevention program for gift cards, accountable for bad debt and customer experience outcomes across 17 marketplaces
  • Influence the roadmap and prioritization for risk and analytics teams, forming a view on where exposure is growing and shaping investment responses
  • Set the risk framework governing brand-level interventions, deciding when to act or hold and making tradeoff calls between loss prevention, customer friction, and business growth
  • Own the narrative on program performance and risk posture in monthly and quarterly business reviews, driving decisions across science, engineering, and business partners
  • Partner with Payment Risk (BRP), Gift Card Engineering, Account Integrity, and regional business teams to drive fraud and abuse prevention programs

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience
  • 7+ years of delivering cross-functional projects experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
  • Knowledge of general AI tools
