About the role
GL COE at Bajaj Finance Limited, the governance and compliance hub for gold loan operations. The Senior Lead plans and drives internal audits, tracks compliance issues, and leads process improvement initiatives across existing and new gold loan processes. Pune Corporate Office, on-site.
What you’ll do
- Plan internal concurrent audits
- Drive audits of gold loan processes and enforce controllership
- Track and close identified compliance issues
- Identify compliance vulnerabilities and process improvement areas
- Discuss observations with process owners and capture responses
- Present audit reports to heads and process owners
What you’ll bring
- CA or MBA or equivalent
- Experience in internal audit or risk assessment for lending business
- Proficient in audit and compliance frameworks
- Strong data analysis and report drafting skills
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Positive attitude and team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to minimize operational risks
