About the role
Vanguard India Technology Center builds AI, mobile, and cloud solutions to drive client outcomes. As an Application Engineer II you will design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications, collaborate with product teams and architects, and implement CI/CD pipelines and observability. Hyderabad, India, hybrid (3 days onsite).
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack applications using Angular/React and Java/Node.js
- Create and integrate APIs, including RESTful and GraphQL services
- Implement cloud‑native solutions on AWS and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes
- Build and optimize database schemas for relational and NoSQL stores
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with architects and senior engineers
- Develop CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and support deployment automation
- Monitor application performance, logging, and observability
- Apply secure coding practices and enterprise security standards
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years application development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or BCA
