About the role

What you’ll do
- Design and configure Dataverse data models and CRM entities
- Implement business logic using Power Automate and C# plugins
- Extend Dynamics via APIs and custom services
- Manage solutions, environments, and deployment pipelines
- Maintain UI components and ensure quality via testing
- Provide production support and change management
- Configure omnichannel routing and unified data logic
