The Senior Branch Sales Officer drives customer acquisition through cold calling, referral partner development, and end‑to‑end loan processing while managing relationships and cross‑selling insurance. What you’ll do

• Deliver customer acquisition and business development for micro‑loan and gold‑backed loan products
• Generate leads and conduct daily sales calls in assigned area
• Activate and nurture referral partners to drive new business
• Provide doorstep service and support end‑to‑end loan processing
• Manage customer journey and act as liaison between customers and branch
• Drive soft bucket collections and early mortality targets
• Cross‑sell insurance to loan customers
• Retain existing loan customers

What you’ll bring

• 1-5 years experience in sales or business development
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and develop referral partners
• Experience with cold calling and lead generation
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management
• Cross‑selling and upselling insurance products
• Fluent in local language and English
