Senior Branch Sales Officer

About the role

Branch Sales Team at Muthoot FinCorp drives customer acquisition and micro‑market expansion for loan products. The role generates leads, builds and nurtures referral partner networks, provides doorstep service, and manages end‑to‑end loan processing and collections. Based in Karimnagar with an on‑site work model, the officer also cross‑sells insurance and retains existing loan customers.

What you’ll do

• Deliver customer acquisition through business development
• Identify and develop micro‑markets and referral partners
• Generate leads and conduct cold calls
• Provide doorstep service and support loan processing
• Act as liaison between customers and branch
• Manage soft bucket collections and early mortality
• Cross‑sell insurance to loan customers
• Retain existing loan customers
