About the role
Server Operations team at NCR Voyix ensures high availability of Windows server environments for global retail and restaurant customers. The role monitors infrastructure 24x7, leads incident bridge calls, and handles service requests via ServiceNow while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders. Based in Chennai and Gurgaon, India, on-site work with rotational shifts required.
What you’ll do
- Perform 24x7 monitoring of Windows server infrastructure
- Lead incident bridge calls and coordinate resolution with teams and vendors
- Handle service requests and incidents in ServiceNow ensuring SLA compliance
- Conduct initial L1 troubleshooting and escalate as needed
- Track server performance and manage alerts using AppDynamics or Splunk
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation
What you’ll bring
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA degree
- 1-3 years server operations or IT support experience
- Hands‑on with Windows Server
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like AppDynamics
