About the role
A systems administrator who designs, implements, and maintains complex Windows server environments, ensuring high availability and security. They lead hardware and software projects, troubleshoot critical issues, provide training to support staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
What you’ll do
- Plan and architect new systems and major updates
- Implement large and complex hardware and software projects
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and service issues
- Escalate vendor and management issues promptly
- Provide training to administrators, helpdesk, and Level 1 support
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, customers, and vendors
- Ensure secure and reliable operation of systems
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Nice to have
- Multiple certifications in desktop or server virtualization, server OS, networking, security, or applications.
- Experience in Cloud or Network technologies as an engineer.
- Experience in a Cloud Engineer level role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
