About the role

We are looking for an experienced Linux & Windows Server Administrator to manage and optimize our hybrid server environment. The role focuses 70% on Linux system administration and 30% on Windows Server support, covering physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructures. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining high‑availability servers, ensuring security best practices, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Candidates should bring strong scripting skills, configuration management expertise, and a solid understanding of networking, virtualization, and cloud services. The ideal applicant will hold relevant certifications and demonstrate a proactive approach to system reliability and automation.

What you’ll do

  • Design, implement, and maintain Linux and Windows servers
  • Ensure high availability and performance
  • Apply security best practices and patching
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
  • Automate tasks with scripting and configuration tools

What you’ll bring

  • 5-7 yrs Linux admin (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu/Debian)
  • Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 experience
  • Bash & Python scripting, Ansible/Puppet/Chef
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls, VPN
  • VMware, KVM, Hyper‑V virtualization
  • AWS & Azure cloud exposure
  • SELinux/AppArmor, patching, vulnerability remediation
  • LVM, NFS, Samba, SAN/NAS storage
  • Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk monitoring
  • RHCE, CompTIA Linux+, MCSA/MCSE certifications
