About the role
Process Engineering Team at Quest Global designs and optimizes industrial process systems. The Senior Process Engineer reviews project inputs, creates and updates process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and datasheets, and conducts surge and hydraulic analyses to ensure safe and efficient operations. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Review and verify project inputs
- Prepare and update process flow diagrams and P&IDs
- Conduct surge analysis modeling and overpressure protection calculations
- Perform hydraulic studies and valve sizing calculations
- Prepare datasheets for process equipment and instrumentation
- Develop design documents and cause/effect narratives
What you’ll bring
- Experience with Aspen HYSYS
- Familiarity with Synergi Pipeline Simulator or AFT Impulse
- Operating knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks
- Understanding of pipeline operations and gas measurement
- Knowledge of processing and storage operations
- Awareness of safety procedures and industry best practices
- Pipeline stress/strain analysis experience
