What you’ll do
- Perform end-to-end defect analysis across fulfillment, transportation, and delivery operations
- Drive defect reduction through root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Develop and pilot process improvements to reduce customer and seller contacts
- Build mechanisms to track and improve quality metrics across the network
- Conduct market and competitive analysis for transportation and supply chain
- Identify and prevent financial leakage with external partners
- Enhance reverse logistics by reducing defects in returns
- Participate in business reviews to inform data-driven quality decisions
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of Amazon experience
- Advanced Excel with Macros/Look-ups
- SQL query writing and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Kaizen, LEAN, Six Sigma
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Project management and organizational skills
