What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end production support for critical applications
• Own and manage major incidents and coordinate resolution
• Analyze recurring issues to drive permanent fixes
• Define and implement support standards and runbooks
• Collaborate with development teams to design supportable solutions
• Oversee change, release, and deployment activities
• Monitor system health and proactively address performance issues
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to support teams

What you’ll bring

• 8-15 years production support experience
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• Strong expertise in Java and Springboot
• Experience with microservices and API management
• Proficient in ITIL incident, problem, and change management
