About the role
The Associate Manager - Environment oversees and conducts comprehensive ecological surveys, monitoring and analyzing terrestrial flora and fauna near a power station. Day-to-day work includes driving ecological data interpretation, coordinating green zone development, and leading digitization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and environmental conservation. The role also involves active participation in plant-level functions to foster a culture of sustainability and innovation. Based in Dhubri Part, Assam, India, this is a full-time position.
What you’ll do
- Oversee and conduct comprehensive ecological surveys focusing on terrestrial flora and fauna near the power station
- Drive ecological data interpretation and analysis

What you’ll bring
- Master's degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field with a focus on terrestrial ecosystems
- PhD preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in ecological surveying, monitoring, and data analysis
- Experience overseeing and conducting comprehensive ecological surveys
- Ability to monitor and analyze terrestrial flora and fauna
- Experience coordinating green zone development
- Experience leading digitization and automation initiatives
- Active participation in plant-level functions
