About the role
Umbrella Incorporated's Consulting team drives AI-driven digital transformation for enterprise clients. The AI Transformation Lead will design and embed AI delivery practices, tooling, and workflows, mentor delivery teams, and partner with sales to shape AI offerings. This role operates remotely from India and on-site in Richmond Hill, Canada, in a hybrid model. You will lead client AI programs from strategy through production, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Assess and evolve delivery methodologies to incorporate AI‑enabled workflows
- Define and implement best practices and governance for AI‑first projects
- Partner with engineering, product, and delivery leadership to pilot AI‑driven models
- Mentor delivery leads and consultants on responsible AI application
- Shape AI transformation offerings and support pre‑sales activities
- Lead client AI transformation programs from discovery to scaling
- Translate business objectives into pragmatic AI use cases with clear ROI
- Guide clients on change management for AI adoption
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years technology delivery or consulting experience
- Hands‑on leadership in AI‑driven initiatives
- Delivered production AI solutions at mid‑market or enterprise scale
- Strong understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and AI integration
- Experience leading cross‑functional delivery teams
- Client‑facing skills with senior stakeholder engagement
- Consulting or professional services background preferred
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI ecosystems
