About the role

AI & Platform Value Stream at UKG builds the engineering backbone for UKG Ready, delivering foundational infrastructure, data platforms, AI frameworks, and identity systems. The Principal Product Manager drives the roadmap for Platform Services, overseeing cloud‑native modernization, GKE migration, caching strategy, multitenant reliability, and AI‑native platform capabilities. Works on-site in Noida, collaborating with engineering, security, and AI teams to translate complex infrastructure into measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Own roadmap for platform services and cloud migration
• Define strategy for jobs framework, caching, and multitenant reliability
• Partner with security to drive vulnerability management
• Communicate platform strategy to senior leadership
• Enable AI‑native platform capabilities for agentic consumers

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years software engineering in distributed systems
• 5+ years product management in enterprise SaaS
• experience with cloud native architecture and GKE
• expertise in caching technologies like Redis or Memcached
• proficiency with Terraform IaC
• AI‑native workflow using agentic tools
