About the role

Enterprise Technology at EY delivers high‑impact internal applications and drives key technology initiatives across the firm. As an Application Engineering Technical Lead you will design, build and manage full‑stack .NET solutions, guide a team of engineers, and ensure architectural standards and delivery quality. Kochi, India, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration across global teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead technical delivery of projects and guide engineers
• Design, develop, test, and release scalable applications
• Maintain architectural standards and security best practices
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery
• Evaluate and integrate SaaS and vendor solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years hands‑on software architecture and development
• 3+ years technical lead experience
• Strong Full Stack .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API)
• Experience with Angular or React front‑end frameworks
• SQL Server design and performance tuning
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Version control (Git) proficiency
