What you’ll do

Lead strategic technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers
Serve as primary technical advisor for strategic customers
Develop advanced application tools, reference boards, and software
Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, sales
Resolve complex technical challenges for customers and internal teams
Optimize system architecture for product integration and performance
Design and oversee advanced testing methodologies for validation
Conduct in‑depth competitor product analysis and insights
Create and deliver technical documentation and training
Develop strategies for specialized market qualification requirements

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering; Master's preferred
8+ years product applications engineering or customer support
System‑level architecture mastery and advanced application tool development
Deep expertise in analog/mixed‑signal semiconductors and RF subsystems
Proven cross‑disciplinary leadership and problem‑solving

Nice to have

Familiarity with C#, Matlab, Python and SPI/I2C interfaces
Experience with software architecture layers (application, DLL, API, HAL)
Cellular infrastructure testing and RF subsystem design experience
Proficiency with RF test equipment (signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers)
Mentoring junior engineers and leading technical projects
