Security and Loss Prevention Specialist

About the role

INSLP is hiring a Security and Loss Prevention Specialist to support the SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program by identifying abusive entities and preventing losses. The role involves conducting end-to-end investigations, performing risk assessments, and implementing loss prevention plans in Faridabad. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on maintaining network integrity and customer trust.

What you’ll do

• Conduct end-to-end investigations to identify abusive entities across customers, sellers, and networks
• Implement and follow up on Loss Prevention Plans for MDR Concessions
• Perform risk assessments and process audits for respective sites
• Analyze weekly loss trends and identify defects or abusive patterns
• Conduct SLP audits and ensure adherence to SOPs and SLAs
• Provide on-ground intelligence to uncover abuse methods of operation
• Review processes, perform gap analysis, and implement improvements
• Submit investigation reports, RCAs, and PTG initiatives on shrink

What you’ll bring

7+ years of security and loss prevention experience
