Loss Prevention Manager

About the role

Operations – Loss Prevention team at Jio Platforms focuses on safeguarding assets and ensuring a secure environment across all RJIL sites. The manager leads risk assessments, implements security automation, and drives loss prevention initiatives using video and data analytics. Based in Sambhal, on-site role with responsibility for coordinating security personnel, audits, and incident response.

What you’ll do

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
• Deploy and manage security automation systems and attendance solutions
• Perform audits, controls, and incident investigations across sites
• Coordinate first response and crisis management with SOC and field resources
• Develop training programs for fire, emergency, and loss prevention procedures

What you’ll bring

• 3-7 years experience in security and loss prevention
• Experience with security automation systems and technology applications
• Proven leadership of outsourced security teams
• Skilled in risk assessment, governance audits, and investigations
• Ability to analyze video and data for loss prevention insights
