About the role
WSP Civil & Bridge Engineering team designs and delivers large‑scale bridge infrastructure. The Associate Technical Director leads and manages complex bridge projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and technical excellence while mentoring staff and driving professional chartership. Based in Bengaluru with hybrid work model and collaboration across Noida and Mumbai offices.

- Lead and manage delivery of complex bridge projects
- Accountable for project quality and schedule
- Drive professional qualification and chartership among staff
- Provide technical direction and innovation support
- Oversee line‑management responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 16-25 years experience
- Master's in Structural Engineering (preferred)
- Professional Qualification CEng MIStructE or MICE
- Chartership with IStructE or ICE
- Knowledge of DMRB and MCDHW
- Experience with LUSAS or MIDAS FEM software
- Design of steel, reinforced and pre‑stressed concrete structures
- Leadership and client handling skills
