Strategy Practice at Accenture Strategy helps CEOs with high‑impact business and technology initiatives. The Consultant drives M&A support, operating model design, corporate growth strategies, and sustainability projects for global clients. Based in Gurugram, India, on‑site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.

• Support M&A lifecycle including target screening and post‑merger integration
• Design future‑proof operating models and org structures
• Develop data‑driven corporate strategy and growth plans
• Collaborate with CEOs and senior stakeholders to drive sustainable business outcomes

What you’ll bring

MBA from a Tier 1 institute

Nice to have

3.5+ years experience in corporate strategy, growth strategy, market entry, pricing, digital or AI‑led transformation
