About the role
Strategy and Transactions (SaT) – Corporate Strategy team at EY helps clients reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and improve capital efficiency through strategic, financial and operational analysis. As a Consultant you will lead M&A advisory, valuation, operational due diligence and integration planning, delivering actionable recommendations and program management support. Based in New Delhi, on-site role with collaborative, client‑facing responsibilities across multiple industries.
What you’ll do
- Structure analyses and deliver actionable recommendations
- Support M&A advisory including transaction support and valuation inputs
- Conduct operational due diligence and assess target performance and synergies
- Plan integrations and separations with end‑to‑end deal execution
- Manage program workstreams and financial analysis to track business cases
