About the role
Partner Director, India on the GTM Partnerships team at OpenAI drives the end-to-end partner lifecycle in India, from contract signing to commercial activation. The role owns day‑to‑day partner relationships, onboarding, enablement, joint solution development, and performance monitoring, coordinating across Sales, Solution Engineering, Enablement, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing. Based in Bangalore, Mumbai or Delhi, the position is on‑site with a hybrid model for occasional travel to partner sites.
