Technical Product Owner

About the role

Barclays Capital Securities seeks a Technical Product Owner to drive the evolution of its digital infrastructure and deployment pipelines, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions. The role collaborates with data scientists and stakeholders to build and deploy machine learning models, manage product strategy, and continuously improve performance. Based in Pune, India, this is an on-site position with a focus on risk, compliance, and innovative AI banking solutions.

• Provide subject matter expertise bridging product owners and technical teams
• Support development and implementation of product strategy and roadmap
• Gather, prioritize, and define product requirements with stakeholders
• Implement continuous testing and performance assessments
• Monitor product performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Stay current with technology trends and adopt innovative approaches
• Lead or guide teams in complex assignments and risk mitigation
• Communicate complex information and influence stakeholder outcomes
