AI Business Analyst/ Consultant

About the role

Metro Global Solution Center (MGSC) supports METRO’s global wholesale operations by driving digital solutions and sustainable business models. This role translates AI & Automation strategy into business value, engaging stakeholders to identify use cases and define requirements. The position is based in Pune, India, with a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Translate AI & Automation Strategy to business needs and back
• Engage stakeholders to prioritize AI use cases based on ROI
• Facilitate workshops and data-driven assessments for feasibility
• Define value propositions and translate needs into user stories
• Partner with Squad Lead on roadmap planning and backlog prioritization
• Ensure alignment with strategic AI themes and portfolio priorities
• Support KPI definition, value measurement, and quarterly reporting
• Promote adoption and responsible use of AI solutions as an ambassador
