About the role
Business Analyst on the Data Insights team, bridging business needs with technical solutions through BI and AI-enabled analytics. Drives data discovery, builds and maintains data models, and supports reporting and AI-driven insights using tools like Tableau, Cognos, Copilot and Claude. Remote, India, contract role with 40 hrs/week, 6+ months duration.
What you’ll do
- Analyze business processes and data structures
- Discover and map data sources and relationships
- Build and maintain data models for BI and AI use cases
- Identify data gaps and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements
- Support BI reporting and AI‑enabled analytics initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years business/data analysis
- Experience with Tableau or Cognos
- Data modeling and normalization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, Genie, Claude
