About the role
HR Systems team at Kyndryl delivers cloud-based managed services for the Workday HCM platform. The Senior Lead provides functional expertise, designs and implements compensation solutions, and leads global merit and bonus cycles while supporting HCM Core, Staffing, Benefits, Talent Management and Recruiting. What you’ll do
- Design and implement Workday compensation solutions
- Partner with stakeholders on merit and bonus processes
- Maintain salary administration and job structures
- Configure, test, and administer annual Workday processes
- Create and maintain dashboards and audit system data
- Serve as primary support contact and issue owner
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years Workday SME experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Workday Core HR and Compensation certifications
Nice to have
- Lead compensation cycle design
- Configure Workday HCM modules
- Develop dashboards for business leaders
- Provide global support across Americas, EMEA, APAC
