About the role

Weekday AI leadership team drives AI‑enabled consumer experiences. The Chief of Staff partners with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional projects across marketing, product, operations, finance, and technology. Based in Delhi, India, on‑site role with direct influence on business growth and operational excellence.

What you’ll do

• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and business transformation
• Translate business objectives into execution plans and track milestones
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives across marketing, product, operations, finance, supply chain, technology and customer experience
• Analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities and recommend data‑driven strategies
• Develop executive presentations, business cases, dashboards and management reports
• Coordinate stakeholders, resolve dependencies and ensure timely delivery of critical projects
• Monitor key metrics and establish governance mechanisms for accountability
• Facilitate communication and alignment across business units

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years experience in Chief of Staff, strategy or business operations
• Background in D2C or consumer‑facing businesses
• Consulting or corporate strategy experience
• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field
