About the role

This Chief of Staff role supports the Founder on high-priority strategic and business initiatives within a high-growth startup environment in Bengaluru. The position sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and business development, requiring independent ownership of complex problems and measurable outcomes. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity for a mid-senior professional.

What you’ll do

Work closely with the Founder on strategic priorities and critical organizational projects
Translate high-level business objectives into structured plans and actionable initiatives
Conduct market, competitive, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives
Support sales and business development efforts, including prospecting and strategic conversations
Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, operators, and key stakeholders
Prepare strategic presentations, business plans, analysis, and executive-level reports
Drive cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution while ensuring timelines are met

What you’ll bring

8–12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or entrepreneurship
Experience in Sales or Business Development with relationship-building capabilities
Background in high-growth startups, entrepreneurial environments, or strategic roles
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate independently with high ownership and limited supervision

Nice to have

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier-1 academic institution
MBA or equivalent qualification from a leading institution is an advantage
Strategy or management consulting experience, preferably MBB
Experience working closely with founders, CXOs, investors, or senior executives
