About the role

Executive Leadership Team at Weekday AI drives strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. The Chief Of Staff partners with senior leaders to define, prioritize, and execute cross‑functional programs, develop business plans, monitor KPIs, and lead GTM execution. Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, on-site role with occasional travel to support high‑impact projects.

What you’ll do

• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives
• Lead cross‑functional programs across strategy, operations, sales, marketing, product, and customer success
• Develop and monitor business plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards
• Drive GTM planning, execution, and optimization for new products and market expansion
• Prepare executive presentations, board reports, and strategic recommendations
• Identify and implement scalable operational processes to improve productivity

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years in strategy, business operations, or chief of staff roles
• MBA or Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related field
• Proven experience driving GTM initiatives and operational frameworks
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication
