About the role
BJAK AI Neobank expansion team drives the strategic growth of the AI-powered neobank across products, markets and teams. The Chief of Staff aligns leadership, builds operating rhythm, coordinates cross‑functional workstreams and turns strategy into measurable progress. Remote, based in India, with full‑time employment.
What you’ll do
- Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities
- Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs and leadership updates
- Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations
- Prepare concise decision memos, board and leadership materials
- Identify gaps, risks and dependencies
- Help leadership make trade‑offs on people, capital, product and market priorities
- Own special projects requiring senior judgement
What you’ll bring
- Senior execution experience
- Strong judgement and communication
- Ability to work with founders and senior leaders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Excellent writing and business analysis
- Problem‑solving skills
- Fintech or financial services background
Nice to have
- 5+ years driving strategic execution
