About the role

BeatO (Health Arx Technologies) is a fast‑growing digital health platform tackling diabetes and metabolic disease in India. As Chief of Staff you will drive founders' top priorities, prepare board decks and investor updates, and lead cross‑functional projects from strategy to execution. Based in Delhi, on‑site work model, you’ll gain exposure to fundraising, growth strategy, and new business incubation such as GLP‑1 weight management.

What you’ll do

• Own follow‑through of founders' top priorities, coordinating stakeholders and removing blockers
• Prepare board decks, investor updates, and leadership reviews with consolidated data
• Lead special projects addressing cross‑functional business problems and new initiatives
• Translate growth, clinical, and finance data into decision‑ready insights
• Support business ownership growth and potential future functional leadership

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years experience in consulting, investment banking or startup environment
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear action plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and presentations
• Comfortable coordinating across teams and driving accountability
