- 12+ years VLSI design verification, mixed-signal focus
- Strong leadership and team management
- Extensive semiconductor IP development background
- Embedded CPU experience hardware/software/firmware
- Strong communication skills
- Strategic action definition with design trade-offs
Nice to have
- CPU/MCU subsystem design, compute functions, accelerators
- Signal processing component development
- Python automation, C/C++ embedded software
- Define design intent: spec, microarchitecture, structural/functional, CDC, test readiness
