About the role

EAII Advisors, Evidence Action's technical partner in India, leads evidence‑based health and nutrition programs across Rajasthan. The State Program Lead drives government engagement, program planning, supply‑chain coordination and transition to an Alternative Technical Assistance model, overseeing a team of regional coordinators and field staff. Based in Jaipur with 40% in‑state travel, the role operates on‑site within the state office.

What you’ll do

• Lead state health and nutrition program implementation and strategy
• Manage senior government relationships and policy advocacy
• Oversee budget planning, supply‑chain and monitoring systems
• Guide transition to Alternative Technical Assistance model
• Mentor and manage regional coordinators and field staff
• Coordinate with national office, finance and procurement teams
• Conduct field visits and provide technical support
• Prepare program documentation, reports and advocacy notes

What you’ll bring

• Postgraduate degree in public health, nutrition, health management or related field
• 6-9 years experience in public health program delivery
• Experience leading teams and managing program targets
• Proven ability to engage senior government officials
• Fluency in English and working proficiency in Hindi
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Willingness to travel up to 40% within the state
