What you’ll do
- Own project profitability and returns through asset management
- Develop financial models and strategic business plans
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations and execution
- Identify and mitigate project risks across construction phases
- Set team objectives, conduct performance reviews and drive engagement
- Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency
What you’ll bring
- Post‑Graduation from a premier B‑School
- Chartered Financial Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst
Nice to have
- 6-8 years of project management experience in real estate
- Proven asset and financial management skills
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams
