About the role

Talent Management team at Sabre drives enterprise-wide learning initiatives. The Learning & Development Specialist II administers Workday Learning and LinkedIn Learning, manages digital hubs, coordinates program logistics, and produces learning content to enhance employee growth. Bengaluru, India, on-site role supporting global talent development.

What you’ll do

• Administer Workday Learning and LinkedIn Learning systems, handling course setup and enrollment
• Maintain SabreSync intranet pages and SharePoint sites for learning resources
• Coordinate logistics for live, virtual, and on‑demand learning programs
• Generate and maintain reporting on learning metrics and talent data
• Produce and edit workshop recordings, webinars, and training materials
• Create learning assets such as slide decks, job aids, and short videos
• Partner with Talent Management to support performance and leadership development initiatives
• Monitor learner feedback and recommend process improvements

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years experience in learning and development or related field
• Hands‑on LMS administration, preferably Workday
• Content management via SharePoint or similar intranet platforms
• Strong reporting skills with Excel or dashboard tools
• Experience supporting virtual workshops and recordings
• Ability to create polished learning materials (slides, guides, videos)
• Collaborative partner with Talent Management and business leaders
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
