The PhD Software Engineer designs, develops, and launches distributed systems, collaborates across product, SRE, and networking groups, and ensures production health and reliability. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on-site.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop hybrid connectivity product features
• Drive projects from design to launch with limited oversight
• Implement highly scalable, reliable, secure distributed systems
• Collaborate with product, SRE, and networking teams
• Maintain production health, monitoring, and on-call support
• Improve system reliability and observability, leveraging AI/ML

What you’ll bring

• PhD in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Experience in AI/ML, networking, data storage or security
• Proficiency in concurrency, multithreading, synchronization
• Strong algorithms and system design skills
• Coding in C, C++, Python, Java or Go
