About the role

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end HR technology delivery and program governance across multiple client accounts
  • Manage global delivery teams including architects, consultants, and operations SMEs
  • Drive adoption of GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation solutions for HR functions
  • Serve as trusted advisor to CHROs and executive stakeholders on transformation strategy
  • Own financial performance including revenue, margin, and forecasting for delivery
  • Define technology roadmaps supporting Hire-to-Retire transformation initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 18 years of experience in Service Delivery or HR technology
  • 15 years of full-time education
  • Proficiency in Service Delivery and Hire-to-Retire processes
  • Hands-on experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Experience leading global HR technology programs and distributed teams
