About the role

IT Enabling team at Anthesis Group drives cloud transformation and operational excellence across the enterprise. The Senior Cloud Engineer designs, implements, and optimizes Azure infrastructure, automates deployments with IaC, and ensures security, cost efficiency, and reliability. Based in India with a hybrid work model, the role collaborates with DevOps teams and mentors junior engineers.

What you’ll do

• Design, deploy and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using best practices
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Azure CLI and Python
• Configure Azure networking, virtual machines, storage, identity and platform services
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor performance and health with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights
• Implement backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to cloud engineering standards

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years Azure engineering experience
• Hands‑on Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates
• PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python scripting
• CI/CD pipeline development
• FinOps and cost‑optimization expertise
• Azure networking, security, and governance
